How to Save a File as PDF
Chrome
- Open the webpage you wish to save with the Chrome browser
- Choose File > Print
- Change the destination to Save as PDF
- Click Save and choose a name and location for the PDF file
iOS
- Open the webpage you wish to save with the Safari browser
- Tap the Share button
- Tap the Markup option near the bottom of the list
- Tap Done and choose a location to save the PDF file to
macOS
- On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF
- Choose File > Print
- Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF
- Choose a name and location for the PDF file
Windows
- On your Windows device, open the document you want to save as a PDF
- Choose File > Print
- Select “Microsoft Print to PDF” as the printer
- Click Print and choose a name and location for the PDF file
